This request is for Record Plat of Subdivision approval for Resubdivision of Outlot B in the Sanctuary at Waters Edge.
This development is located in unincorporated Cook County and will obtain sewer and water facilities from a private utility company. The petitioner is not seeking annexation to the Village, and the Village does not anticipate annexation of this area either now or in the future because it will be served by a private utility company. According to State statute, the Village has review authority because the development is within 1.5 miles of Village boundaries, and the plat of subdivision must be signed by the Village before it can be recorded.
The Record Plat of Subdivision for The Sanctuary at Waters Edge was previously approved in 2003 and the Board signed the plat. This is now for a resubdivision of a lot on the previously approved plat.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the Record Plat of Subdivision.
