OVERVIEW AND BACKGROUND
An Appearance Review was administratively approved for this project on November 14, 2018. The Appearance Review report and exhibits are included with this report for reference.
The Village’s Appearance Improvement Grant provides funding for eligible projects that are visible from a public right-of-way. The Petitioner is applying for an Appearance Improvement Grant of $21,128.82, which represents 50% of the total project cost of $42,257.63 for the proposed lighting upgrades for the two (2) light poles on the Macy’s property.
