This item is a public hearing to consider extending the annexation agreement for Flamburis located at 10505 W. 167th Street.
Staff recommends extending the annexation agreement for four (4) years due to some outstanding issues. This property is part of Hunter Point Estates. The reason for extending the agreement is because Hunter Point Estates is not an accepted subdivision yet. There are public improvements which still must be completed (final paving of streets, refine and accept public utilities) and we have a letter of credit still open for the project. If we do not extend the agreement, we cannot draw upon the letter of credit (if we needed to do so) to complete the improvements.

I move to adjourn the public hearing on extending the annexation agreement for the property located at 10505 W. 167th Street (Flamburis).
