Orland Park Prayer Center Expansion - Record Plat of Subdivision
History
This request is for approval of a record plat of subdivision for Orland Park Prayer Center located at 16530 South 104th Avenue, Orland Park.
Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds that it requires minor comments that needed to be addressed and the petitioner has agreed to. The Record Plat of Subdivision will be signed after the following comments are addressed:
1. Minimum 10' Public Utility Easements are needed around the full perimeter of the site.
2. The Village water main through the site needs a 10' Utility Easement.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat once the comments are addressed.

I move to approve the Record Plat of Subdivision for Orland Park Prayer Center prepared by Tech 3 Consulting Group, Inc., Job NO. 07005.
