Body

Be It Ordained by the President and Village Board of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:

SECTION 1

Title 7, Business, Chapter 6, Automatic Amusement Devices, of the Orland Park Village Code is hereby amended to provide in Subsection 7-6-2 (B) for the issuance of no more than twenty (20) automatic amusement device operators licenses.

SECTION 2

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
