This item is a public hearing to consider extending the annexation agreement for Olde Mill located at 17401 South 108th Avenue.

Staff recommends extending the agreement for five (5) years since Phases 1 & 2 have yet to start construction due to project stilling having approvals to obtain (IEPA, MWRD, etc).
