WHEREAS, the Village has determined that the amendments set out below are in the best interests of the Village and its residents and will enhance the public safety and welfare.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:

SECTION 1

Title 1, Administration, Chapter 4, General Penalty, Section 1-4-1, General Penalty, of the Orland Park Village Code is hereby amended to delete in its entirety the text of Section 1-4-1 and to substitute the following as new text for Section 1-4-1:

Any person, firm, corporation or entity who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, refuses to comply with or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this Chapter, and there shall be no fine or penalty declared for such ...
