RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE TAX INCENTIVE CLASS 6B STATUS FOR CERTAIN REAL ESATE IN THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

WHEREAS, Cook County Board of Commissioners has instituted a program to encourage industrial and commercial development and retention in Cook County known as the Cook County Real Property Classification Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, certain properties are or may be applying for renewal of their individual Class 6B property status pursuant to said aforementioned ordinance, and this Board finds the industrial use of said properties is necessary and beneficial to the local economy, and therefore supports and consents to renewal of the Class 6B status for said properties.
NOW THEREFORE, BE It Resolved, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook County, Illinois, as follows:
The industrial use of the properties identified below is necessary and beneficial to the local economy of the Village of Orland Park, Cook County, Illinois, and the Village Board hereby supports and consents to the renewal of the Class 6B status for the said properties.
The above findings of necessity and benefit to the local economy and support and consent for Class 6B renewal shall relate to the following properties identified as:
15503 S. 70th Court, Orland Park, Illinois - PIN # 28-18-100-047-1002
15505 S. 70th Court, Orland Park, Illinois - PIN #28-18-100-047-1003
15507 S. 70th Court, Orland Park, Illinois - PIN #28-18-100-047-1004
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the Office of the Assessor of Cook County, Illinois, and to the business owners at the common address herein listed, and to such other parties as required by law.
