Mutholam Subdivision - Final Plan Extension
History
Due to economic circumstances, the petitioner for the Mutholam subdivision is requesting an extension of the Board approved site plan until August 12, 2009.
The Village Board approved Mutholam Subdivision, a three (3) lot subdivision on a 1.31-acre parcel at 16825 S. Wolf Road with detention on April 17, 2006. This approval included the annexation of the 1.31-acre parcel and rezoning to R-3 Residential. The plan for this site includes three (3) single family lots and a retaining wall along the north portion of Lots 2 and 3. Access to all lots in this subdivision would be provided from Laurel Drive. The approved plan is attached for review.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

I move to approve the petition to extend time for the Mutholam Subdivision until August 12, 2009.
