This request is for a public hearing on the amended annexation agreement for the property located at 7935 W. 143rd Street.

The Sloane Annexation Agreement expires on March 15, 2011,  and since the subdivision is not yet built out, it is being requested that this agreement be extended for two years.

A copy of the draft Amended Annexation Agreement is attached.
