History
We received a proposal for the second year of the Native Landscape Stewardship around the New Police Station. Pizzo & Associates Ltd. took over this project last year after we settled with the construction management company. They have done a great job and the native landscape is improving. The annual cost is $10,660.00 for the year 2011.
On December 20, 2010 this item was reviewed and approved by the Parks, Recreation & Environmental Initiatives Committee and referred to the Board for approval.
Financial Impact
Funds are budgeted in 283-4003-451-4350 at $10,660.00.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve waiving the bid process;
And
Approve the amount at a cost of $10,660.00 to Pizzo & Associates
