Veterans Park Court Repair Contract Amendment
History
On March 19, 2018, the Board approved the contract with 10-S Court Solutions for Park Court Repairs in an amount not to exceed $137,500.00. During the course of the repair work at Veterans Park, additional repair work was required, namely the replacement of three sets of tennis court posts, the footings, and nets for an additional cost of $6,000.00.
On August 6, 2018, this item was reviewed by the Parks & Recreation Committee, recommended for approval, and referred to the Village Board of Trustees for consideration.
Financial Impact
Funds are budgeted for court repair in Parks & Grounds Accounts for FY2018.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve an amendment for the additional work to the Park Court Repairs contract with 10-S Court Solutions from Lake Forest, IL, for an additional $6,000.00 for a total adjusted amount not to exceed $143,500.00 for additional specified repair work at Veterans Park.
