History

The Winterset III Office Park (Northeast corner of 167th Street and 108th Avenue) development agreement is set to expire on April 27, 2008.  Due to the fact that there are no outstanding issues or fees, staff recommends this agreement be allowed to expire.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration.

I move to approve authorizing expiration of the Winterset III Office Park development agreement.
