This request is for approval of a record plat of subdivision for Ashburn Corner located at 153rd Street and 108th Avenue. 

Staff has reviewed the Record Plat of Subdivision and finds it to be substantially in conformance with the approved Final Plan.

This is now before the Village Board for consideration and to authorize signature of the plat.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the Record Plat of Subdivision for Ashburn Corner Subdivision prepared by KDC Consultants, Inc., Survey No. 04-04-023, dated December 1, 2006, last revised August 6, 2007.
