WHEREAS, the Village of Orland Park, a municipal corporation, is the fee owner of the real estate described in GROUP EXHIBIT A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and

 

WHEREAS, the State of Illinois desires to acquire from the Village of Orland Park seven (7) temporary easements (3 year duration) in and to the real estate (and acreage) as described in GROUP EXHIBIT A hereto for use of the Illinois Department of Transportation for highway purposes, and the Village has agreed to the conveyance of easements for ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), and it is the desire of the Village of Orland Park to grant said temporary easements.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village President and Village Clerk of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, are hereby authorized and directed to grant such temporary easements on behalf of the Village, and they are hereby further authorized to execute and deliver such instruments and documents as may be necessary and convenient in their sole discretion to effectuate such grants. 

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and approval as provided by law.
