PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
The petitioner is proposing, to install a privacy fence around the children’s play area along the north lot line and around the south eastern parking lot to the rear of the principal building. The tenant space is currently used as a child care facility.
Overall, the project conforms to the Village’s Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Codes and policies for this area. The existing play area is located behind the principal building by the dead end rear 143rd Place access aisle to the northeast of the building. The petitioner intends to install a solid wood fence that is white in color and 5' in height.
There are no other proposed changes to the site, parking lot, or any other exterior building elements.
Recommended Action/Motion
The Appearance Review for Kidz Garden located at 14311 82nd Avenue, case number 2024-0085, has been administratively approved on February 20th, 2024 subject to the following conditions:
1. A building permit must be obtained from the Village's Building Department prior to initiating work;
2. Meet all building and Land Development Code requirements at the site.
