Project description & Context
The petitioner intends to expand and refresh the patio of the site located at 17047 LaGrange Road. This project also seeks to improve landscaping around the patio.
Accessory Structures and Uses
Outdoor Fireplaces are permitted in COR.
Section 6-302.C.18 permits lawn furniture including benches, sun dials, bird statues, and similar architectural features may be permitted in rear, side, and front setbacks.
Permanent outdoor seating shall be located within an attached patio or sidewalk area and meet the following requirements:
1. Outdoor seating shall have aisle widths of 36"
a. The existing aisle is 9'
2. Any fence, wall, landscaping, or similar barrier installed in or around the outdoor seating areas shall not be less than 24" and not greater than 48" in height.

There are eight existing outdoor picnic tables. The petitioner seeks to expand the existing patio 700 SF with decorative clay brick hardscape to match the existing paving.
