PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
The petitioner expanded the outdoor seating area via Appearance Review in 2018 (Legistar Number 2018-0297). Between the time of that approval and 2023, it was observed that an unapproved non code compliant fence was installed without a permit. A citation was written and issued to the petitioner (CE-24-00686). This petition seeks to document the history of the site and to ensure that the fencing around the outdoor seating area comes into compliance with Section 6-302 Accessory Structures. All licensing for the restaurant will be on hold until the site is in good standing. Currently, Girl in the Park holds active Business and Liquor Licensing.
