Painting
The petitioner is proposing to paint the exterior of the façade. The existing multi-tenant building is mostly tan in color. The new color is a dark gray and extends the entirety of their lease lines. No other changes have been proposed at this time.
Overall, the proposed work conforms to the Village’s Land Development Code and policies for this area.
Signage
Signage is not reviewed as part of this Appearance Review. A sign permit was issued on 3/25/24 for signs above the tenant space. The plans attached to this Appearance Review do not reflect the current state of the signage. The signs were brought closer together to match what was approved via sign permit BP-24-00411.
