In May 2024 the Technology Commission approved the Tyler and Data Climb change request for an increase of $932,262. After the Technology Commission approved the change IT and Finance reviewed the request and determined that it was short $33,492. Due to time restraints the Technology Commission was informed that this was short and went to the Board for approval for a total increase of $965,775. The shortcoming was due to a miscalculation on the start and end of the consulting hours change. Without the increase there was significant risk that the HRM deployment would not be successful.
