PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
Existing cylindrical bollards along the walkways are to be replaced with square bollards. The fixture height and photometrics of the proposed bollards match the existing bollards. There are 28 existing bollards, of which 4 are being decommissioned.

The Appearance Review for Orland Golf View - 15714 Brassie Court - Replacement of Bollard Lighting, case number 2024-0642, as depicted on the Application and Light Bollard cut sheets submitted by Orland Golf View HOA on August 13, 2024 has been administratively approved on August 15, 2024 subject to the following conditions:
1. All Building permit requirements are met, and fees are paid at time of permit pick up.
