PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
The petitioner intends to replace existing storefront windows which were damaged when an Orland Township vehicle accidentally drove into the building. Additionally, one door, portions of carpet, and interior walls including existing mechanical vents and plumbing that were damaged by the accident are slated to be removed and replaced. Floor mounted plumbing is to be cut and capped at floor level.
The petitioner also intends to remove the existing entry vestibule by removing walls and doors, including an entry closet. The fire alarm strobe and exit sign currently mounted on a wall which is slated for demolition are to be relocated. The petitioner is also replacing the existing inswing entry door with an outswing door, which matches existing.
