OVERVIEW AND BACKGROUND
According to the 2008 Residential Area Intensive Survey (RAI), the single-family split-level house was constructed in 1965 and is in good condition.
The building is considered a Non-Contributing Structure to the Old Orland Historic District per Section 6-209 of the Land Development Code.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
The petitioner proposes to replace the existing gray asphalt shingle roof and white gutters on
the entire house and garage with a new similar asphalt shingle material and similar white gutters. The petitioner proposes to install IKO Dynasty Frostone Grey shingles, and white gutters and downspouts. The contract specification sheet indicates the color and material of the proposed roof.
