History

A resident contacted PTAC with safety concerns for children due to speeding vehicles.  According to the requestor, everyday there are drivers who speed down the street anywhere between 20 - 50 mph.  This area is filled with children and pets and Long Run Drive also leads to the park located near Cornhill Drive where parents walk with their kids.  Motorists are also utilizing the subdivision as a shortcut to avoid 143^rd Street between Will-Cook and Wolf Road when 143^rd Street is flooded.  The requestor's children are always saying how fast the cars are driving past.

The resident is requesting the installation of speed bumps on Long Run Drive.
