History

A resident of the Orlan Brook Condominiums contacted PTAC pertaining to safety concerns of vehicles speeding excessively in all directions at the intersection of Orlan Brook Drive and 86^th Avenue.  At this intersection, children are getting on and off the school bus, vehicles are speeding past the school buses when the buses turn on the flashing lights and extend the stop signal arm.  There are multiple residents with disabilities in wheel chairs and need to be able to cross the street safely.  There are 227 units of which 60% of the residents living in the Orlan Brook Condominiums are seniors.

The resident is requesting the installation of a stop sign at the southeast corner of Orlan Brook Drive and 86^th Avenue.
