History

A resident contacted PTAC pertaining to safety concerns for pedestrians other motorists residing in the Mallards Landings subdivision due to motorists speeding through the neighborhood.  With Warbler Lane being a straight-away roadway, the requestor feels drivers take advantage of this and drive well beyond the residential speed limits.  Great Egert Drive has elevation changes causing drivers to speed on the downhill part of the street.

The resident is requesting the installation of ‘Speed Bumps’ on Warbler Lane and Great Egret Drive, ‘Stop Signs’ at the intersection of Warbler Lane and Great Egret Drive, as well as a ‘Stop Sign’ by the entrance of the neighborhood off of 108^th Avenue at the intersection of Warbler Lane and Blue Jay Drive.
