PROJECT OVERVIEW
The petitioner is proposing the following scope of work:
· Decommission and remove existing 99.8 foot monopole
· Remove tower foundation to a depth of 36 inches below grade
· Remove chain-link fence and gate
· Remove shelter foundation to a depth of 36 inches below grade and stoop.
· Remove ice-bridge and post footings
· Remove telco and power hand holes, vaults
· Remove all low voltage conductors
· Cut and cap all conduits and ground systems to 36 inches below grade
· Removal gravel and restore compound to natural grade and condition
Overall, the project conforms to the Village’s Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Codes and policies for this area.
