St. Michael's Youth Ministry End of the Year Picnic
History
St. Michael’s Youth Ministry has submitted a request to host their end of the year picnic on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the Doogan Park picnic pavilion. The event is for families of students in the Youth Quest groups. The event will include a mass celebration, followed by a cook-out. Attendance is expected to be approximately 100 people. If the weather is not suitable the event will be moved to the school’s gymnasium. Renovation work at Doogan Park is not expected to begin until early June.
Financial Impact
Organizers will be subject to all permit, staffing and rental fees applicable to the production of this event.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve permitting the St. Michael Youth Ministry to host an end of the year picnic at the Doogan Park Pavilion on Saturday, May 4, 2025, from 12 p.m.- 6 p.m. contingent upon meeting all Village permitting requirements and payment of fees.
