Title/Name/Summary
Ashburn Corner - Final Landscape Plan Approval
History
Project History
Ashburn Corner is a residential planned development consisting of 6 single-family lots under R-3 Residential District zoning. The Village Board approved the project on May 7, 2007 (Case No. 2004-0570), and the annexation and Final Plat of Subdivision in October of 2007 (Case No. 2007-0432).
However, no ordinance was approved for the site plan or landscape plan at that time. Under the Land Development Code in effect during the original approval, the Board of Trustees was required to approve the final landscape plans before an ordinance could be passed. This case seeks to resolve the outstanding landscape plan approval.
