It was constructed in 2015 after the previous single-family home was demolished. The previous home was situated on two separate lots, which were then consolidated into one lot in 2015 to allow for the construction of the new home. Now, the property consists of a 2-story single family home with a detached garage. Later in 2015, a variance was granted to the property to increase the maximum side yard setback from 15’ to 18.5’.
