BACKGROUND
Natuzzi Editions is a new furniture store proposing to occupy a vacant tenant space located at 15115 LaGrange Road. This space was formerly occupied by Rug and Sofa of Orland Park from 2019-2020.

Natuzzi Editions originally submitted their Appearance Review petition application on April 17, 2025. Their original proposal included raising the façade of their tenant space to match the height of the corner units while maintaining the existing architectural elements, including the same brick color, white accents, and columns along the elevation. The façade was not raised to match the corner unit, it was only raised to match the adjacent units on either side. Additionally, the new brick color did not match the existing brick color, and the center brick column was not capped off and was only partially extended.
