Slow 10 mph Speed Limit, Do Not Block Crosswalks or Mailboxes, and No Parking Signs
(Fountain Circle at Fountain Village Townhomes)
History
The HOA Board and Cambridge Management Company at the Fountain Village Townhomes contacted PTAC pertaining to parking issues on Fountain Circle. Over the years, they have made extensive efforts to ask residents to refrain from parking in restricted areas (i.e. in front of crosswalks and mailboxes) for the safety of residents and to ensure the smooth operation of services for bus drivers, postal workers, snowplow drivers. Recently, a bus struck a car parked in a restricted area, prompting the bus driver to document the situation.
The HOA Board Member and Cambridge Management Company are requesting ‘ Slow 10 mph Speed Limit’, ‘Do Not Block Crosswalks or Mailboxes’, and ‘No Parking’ signs as well as stripping the crosswalks on Fountain Circle.
