History

A resident contacted the Public Works Department pertaining to safety concerns due to vehicles being parked in front of the Metro East Townhomes, which is on the north side of 143^rd Street just west of 92^nd Court.  It has been noted that homeowners are temporarily parking in front of their residence to unload groceries at their front door.

The developer is requesting permission to install “NO PARKING” signs on the north side of 143^rd in front of the Metro East Townhomes development.
