PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
The Special Use permit for Weber Grill restaurant was approved on 09/02/2025 via Ordinance 6030. One of the conditions of this approval was the substantial conformance with the site plan and building elevations prepared by DxU Architects, last revised August 15, 2025.
However, during the construction phase, the building elevations were modified from the plans approved by the Village Board as part of the Special Use Permit. Because these changes were made without prior Village approval, the petitioner has submitted this Appearance Review petition to request approval of the revised elevations.
The revisions to the elevations are as follows:
West Elevation
