PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION
Six commissioners were present at the Plan Commission meeting, with one commissioner participating remotely. Staff members and the petitioners were also in attendance. The commissioners found the project to be straightforward, particularly given that all parties were in agreement regarding the subdivision. The Plan Commission voted unanimously, 7-0, to recommend approval of the Plat of Consolidation. The item is now before the Board for consideration.

Regarding Case Number 2026-0641, also known as the Consola Drive Plat of Subdivision, the Plan Commission recommends that the Board of Trustees approve the Staff Recommended Action as presented in the Staff Report to the Plan Commission for this case.
