Sound Works Contract Amendment B
History
The Village entered into contract 2024 0204 on March 18, 2024 with Sound Works Production Group dba Vantage Production Group to provide lighting, sound, trusses, rigging, and other stage equipment and labor for the Taste of Orland Park for 2024, 2025, and 2026 at a total not-to-exceed amount of $32,548.00 for 2024 and the board approved budgeted amounts for 2025 and 2026.
Contract Amendment A and Change Order 1 were executed June 2, 2025 to provide lighitng, sound, trusses, rigging and other stage equipment and labor for the 2025 Taste of Orland Park as required by Artists increasing the contract amount by $32,548.00 and authorizing a $5,000.00 contingency for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $53,848.00
Change Order 2 was executed on June 2, 2025 authorizing the use of $2,302.00 in contingency funds.
In 2026, sound, lighting, trusses, rigging and stage will total $50,400.00. (see attached Quote)
Staff seek approval to execute Contract Amendment B to increase contract 20240204 by $15,800.00 for a new total not to exceed $50,400.00. Funds are budgeted for this increased expense.

I move to approve and authorize the execution of Contract Amendment B with Sound Works Production Group dba Vantage Production Group of Lemont, IL for sound, lights, and labor expenses related for 2026 Taste of Orland Park for a new contract not to exceed amount of $50,400.00
And,
To authorize the Village Manager to execute all related contracts, subject to Village Attorney review.
