History
The Village entered into Professional Services Agreement 2025-0136 with Midwest Mechanical, LLC for preventative maintenance services at the Orland Park Health & Fitness Center on March 1, 2025 for a not to exceed amount of $29,100.00.
Change Order 1 and Addendum A (attached) was executed February 26, 2026, to extend the contract completion date to August 27, 2026.
Staff seeks approval for Change Order 2 and Contract Amendment B to extend the contract termination date to December 31, 2026, and to increase the contract by $7,275.00 for a new not to exceed amount of $36,375.00 for the preventative maintenance services during the extended coverage period.
Financial Impact
Funds are available in 5209310 443100 for this expense.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve and authorize the execution of Contract Amendment B and Change Order 2 with Midwest Mechanical, LLC of Lombard IL for preventative maintenance services at the Orland Park Health & Fitness Center for a new not to exceed amount of $36,375.00, a increase of $7,275.00, and to amend the contract termination date to December 31, 2026;
AND
To authorize the Village Manager to execute all related contracts, subject to Village Attorney Review.
