Title/Name/Summary
Tyler Technologies ERP Annual Maintenance
History
In 2020, the Village Board approved a contract with Tyler Technologies for the purchase and implementation of Munis Financials, Human Capital Management (later renamed Human Resources Management, or HRM), and Utility Billing, Energov (renamed Enterprise Permits and Licenses, or EPL). The implementation of these systems was completed in December of 2025.
As the implementation is complete, the Village is now paying for annual maintenance of the software. In 2025 the Tyler ERP maintenance was $160,098.35. The Village decided not to implement several items, including Advance Scheduling, Citizen Portal API, and SnapLogic. As a result, Tyler issued a credit of $14,271.60 for the removal of these unused items. The total cost of the annual maintenance after the credit is $145,826.75. This supports all the Village's implemented modules.
Financial Impact
The Tyler ERP annual maintenance fee is budgeted in the IT software budget.
