PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
Overall, the Petitioner is update the existing façade with a new color scheme while preserving the existing building design.
North
The Petitioner proposes to:
· Replace the existing drip edges along the top of the building with one painted SW 6884 Obstinate Orange.
· Re-paint the center EIFS surface SW6905 Goldfinch.
· Repaint the upper and lower parapet walls below the drip edge, and the EIFS surface on the recessed accent areas SW 6841 Green Bay.
· Re-paint the existing trim at the bottom of the EIFS surfaces SW 9541 White Snow.
· Replace the 3 existing goosenecked barn style exterior lighting fixtures with new ones, matching the same design but black in color.
· Replace the fabric on the existing awning colored SW 6884 Obstinate Orange
· Retain the 2 existing exterior patio fans and 4 patio seating sets as is.
