WHEREAS, the Village of Orland Park has the opportunity to acquire the real estate located at 17250 110th Avenue, Orland Park, IL, PIN 27-29-300-011-0000 ("Subject Property") by Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure pursuant a Village lien of $5,500 as set forth on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board believes that it is in the best interests of the Village to acquire the Subject Property, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances as provided in 35 ILCS 200/21-95;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK, COOK AND WILL COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that the Village take the necessary steps to acquire the
