The development can be accessed from signaled intersections at LaGrange Road and 142nd Street or at 95th Avenue and 143rd Street.

In 2014, a Special Use Amendment with Modifications was granted for the development of the Mariano’s grocery store (2013-0566, 2014-0434, 2014-0439). The modifications granted were for the parking lot location within the front and side setbacks, reducing the parking lot setback, increasing the building setback, and reducing the required number of bicycle parking. A variance was also granted to increase the required parking by 26%.
