PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONTEXT
The petitioner intends to replace existing aluminum light pole and light fixture with new pole and light fixture, in order to install a new antenna, RRUS, power distribution panel, fiber demarcation box etc. on the new light pole. The existing concrete foundation will be replaced to accommodate new pole, new meter, and new cables and ground.
The existing signs on the existing pole, including Street Names, “No Parking”, and “Curb your Dog” signs will be removed from existing pole and re-installed on the new pole.
During construction, a temporary lighting structure will be installed in conformance with the Village’s temporary lighting standards, and lighting will be provided from dusk to dawn.

Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd. has reviewed and approved the engineering plans and structural analysis for the AT&T Mobility - 8741 166th Place project, based on their review of the following documents:
• Engineering Plans prepared by Fullerton Engineering bearing a revision date of October 24, 2024
• CBBEL Review Letter dated October 12, 2024, annotated with responses from project engineer
• Structural Analysis Report by Fullerton Engineering bearing a revision date of April 19, 2024, PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED
• Orland Park Small Wireless Facilities Appearance Review and ROW Permit Application dated May 10, 2024, PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED
Recommended Action/Motion
The Appearance Review for AT&T Mobility - 8741 166th Place, case number 2024-0419, as depicted on list of documents listed above has been administratively approved on October 30, 2024, subject to the following conditions:
1. The project will be in substantial conformance with the project documents listed above;
2. All Building permit requirements are met, and fees are paid at time of permit pick up;
3. Payment of the engineering review fees shall be paid in full at time of permit pick up;
4. Pass all inspections by Orland Park Public Works and Engineering Departments
