The fence will have a 42” gate.
The petitioner intends to install 3 picnic tables, and 3 seating zones inside the patio. Additionally, a 10’ section of fence will be installed to provide screening for the existing electrical panels, while providing 54” clearance in front of the electrical panels. The patio space is temporary and seasonal, and is to be operational between June - October. The location of the patio as indicated on the plan, will accommodate a 30’ wide fire access lane. Per the site plan, the patio is not located on easements.
