3. Automated Speed Enforcement
-Authorizes installation and use of automated speed enforcement systems in designated safety zones.
-Establishes penalties for vehicles cited three or more times in a twelve-month period, including nuisance citations.
-Provides for notice, hearing, and grounds for contesting violations.
4. Penalties and Enforcement
-Fines and penalties are detailed in Appendix B.
-Vehicles involved in nuisance parties or violating event standards may be towed and impounded.
-Additional penalties may include community service, counseling, restitution, and referral to intervention programs.
5. Parental Responsibility
-Parents/guardians are liable for minors’ violations and must appear at court hearings.
-Penalties include fines and restitution if minors fail to comply with court orders.
6. Administrative Charges and Seizure
-Updates administrative charges and seizure provisions for vehicles involved in nuisance parties.
