Copies of these minutes were sent to the Board for review and comment. At the August 6, 2007, Executive Session, the Board approved placing this item on the next Board agenda.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve releasing for public inspection the January through June 2007 Executive Session minutes, or portions thereof, that no longer require confidential treatment.
