Lexipol provides a comprehensive training and policy compliance solution developed and supported by public sector attorneys, practitioners, and subject matter experts.
Lexipol is the sole company providing continuously updated, legally vetted policies, daily policy-related training, implementation assistance, and document management in one integrated, web-based system.
In 2025 Lexipol will integrate our current agency specific policies and procedures into a web-based policy manual.
Financial Impact
The cost of the Lexipol subscription will be purchased with funds from the Federal Asset Forfeiture Account.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the waiver of the competitive bid process and authorize the approval of a sole source three-year contract with Lexipol for the Law Enforcement full implementation and agency specific content extraction prorated from April 2025 to December 2025 in the amount of $60,634.13 and FY2026 Law Enforcement subscription in the amount of $24,457.50 and FY2027 Law Enforcement subscription in the amount of $24,457.50.
AND
To authorize the Village Manager to execute all related contracts subject to Village Attorney review.
