The MIS Division has included $8,100 in the FY 2006/07 budget for the purchase of software for wireless access to the Code Enforcement section of the HTE software. This will give property maintenance inspectors access to complete, accurate, real-time information at the site. They can check any open or previous complaints and progress on any current complaints.
On June 11, 2007 the Building and Zoning Committee moved 3-0 to recommend to the Village Board approval for the Sungard Public Sector HTE software purchase, license fees, installation fees and annual maintenance fees in an amount not to exceed $7,300.
This is now before the Village Board for consideration.
Financial Impact
This budget estimate allows for the purchase of software, license fees, installation fees and annual maintenance fees for a total of $7,300 which is $800 under budget.
Recommended Action/Motion
I move to approve the Sungard Public Sector HTE software purchase, license fees, installation fees and annual maintenance fees in an amount not to exceed $7,300.
