In association with the Downtown Orland Park Final Plat (Case No. 2025-0170), a plat of vacation is required in order to vacate the right-of-way on 142nd Street and Crescent Park Circle.
The plat, titled Plat of Vacation, 142nd Street - Village of Orland Park, dated February 4, 2025, and prepared by SpaceCo Civil Engineering and Surveying, is now before the Board of Trustees for consideration.
Recommended Action/Motion
Regarding Case Number 2025-0173, also known as Downtown Orland Park Plat of Vacation, I move to approve a Plat of Vacation titled "Plat of Vacation, 142nd Street - Village of Orland Park," subject to the final copy of the plat being printed on mylar and submitted to the Village with non-Village related signatures ready for recording at the Cook County Recorder of Deeds office;
AND
I authorize staff to execute and record the plat.
