The annual website maintenance and hosting agreement is due for renewal. Staff is requesting approval in the amount of $16,379.83 for this service effective January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. Attached is the breakdown of the cost.

On February 6, 2017, this item was reviewed and approved by the Technology, Innovation and Performance Improvement Comittee and referred to the Board for approval.

Financial Impact

There is $16,495 budgeted in the Business Information Systems computer maintenance budget line item 010-1600-443610 for website maintenance and hosting.

Recommended Action/Motion

I move to approve the annual website maintenance and hosting expenditure from CivicPlus in an amount not to exceed $16,379.83.
