History
Following the successful completion of two key initiatives, the Village of Orland Park has established a strong and productive partnership with ZionCloud. Based on their proven expertise in developing and deploying our Gemini integration, staff recommends securing ZionCloud for ongoing, continuous support of our Google Gemini tools. The proposal includes 40 hours of work per month that will cover multiple services including monitoring, incident support, agent support, cost management and minor agent builds. Large agent builds that exceed the monthly allotment of time will be bid separately as they are needed.
Financial Impact
This is budgeted for in the proposed 2027 IT budget.

I move to approve authorizing the approval and execution of a sole source vendor contract with ZionCloud Solutions for Gemini Enterprise Enablement, AI Agents & Managed Services as fully as fully presented.

I move to approve authorizing the approval and execution of a sole source vendor contract with Zion Cloud Solutions to provide Google Gemini Managed Services, including monitoring, incident support, agent support, cost management and minor agent builds, for at monthly cost of $3,600 per month for a total cost not to exceed contract amount of $43,200 for FY 2027;
AND
Authorize the Village Manager to execute all related contracts, subject to Village Attorney review.
